You may have heard of affirmations before. You may be curious how they operate.
The rule of ‘Law of Attraction’ is relatively easy: Any time you attract, you attract what you think.
Affirmations also hold a key to unlocking the ‘Law of Attraction’ and creating the life of your dreams!
What are daily affirmations?
Affirmations are almost as easy to define as they are to practice. Put simply, they are positive phrases or statements used to challenge negative or unhelpful thoughts.
You need to let go of any and all negative thoughts and images and bombard your subconscious mind with new thoughts and images that are positive and stated in the now.
How do we do this?
The technique we use to do this begins with daily affirmations, which are positive statements that can help you to challenge and overcome self-sabotaging and negative thoughts. When you repeat them often, and believe in them, you can start to make positive changes.
Some prefer to create new affirmations each day, but I like to land on a set of affirmations that really resonate with me and repeat these daily until I feel they are no longer serving me.
