1)Start with the words 'I am'.
The words 'I am' are the two most powerful words in the world. Your subconscious mind takes any sentence that starts with the words ‘I am’ and interprets it as a directive to make it happen.

-‘I am’ beautiful
-‘I am’ strong and confident
2)Use the power of NOW
Describe what you want and pretend you already have it; pretend it's already accomplished.
No: I will be studying at Harvard for the next semester
Yes: I am enjoying studying at Harvard now
3)Stay in the POSITIVE
Affirm what you want, run from what you don't want.
State your affirmations in the positive. Your unconscious mind does not hear the words any, or not. It means that the statement "Don't go away from me" is heard as "Go away from me." The unconscious thinks in pictures and words.
No: I am worthy
Yes: I am remarkable and cherished
4)Keep it SHORT.
It needs to be short enough and memorable enough to be easily remembered.
Vague statements always bring vague results.
No: I am driving my new car
Yes: I am driving my new red Ford Mustang 2021
Am I done?
No, not yet.
Remember, just be you. You can be as serious or silly or as serious as you like.
Speak your affirmation out loud for about five minutes three times a day, morning, midday, and evening. The best times are first thing in the morning, in the middle of the day, and around bedtime.
Repeat your affirmations every morning and night for a month and they will become an automatic part of your thinking...
